The Delivery Assurance Manager will oversee the development and execution of delivery assurance strategies, ensuring the timely availability of materials and components to meet program and production schedules. This role will require strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive results.What You Will DoExecute strategic direction and performance management to achieve organizational objectives.Develop and implement delivery assurance strategies to ensure supplier on-time delivery, mitigate risks, and meet program requirements.Establish and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supplier delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including procurement, quality, engineering, and program management, to resolve delivery issues and implement corrective actions.Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, including capacity assessments, production readiness evaluations, and risk assessments.Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address systemic delivery challenges and improve supply chain resilience.Represent the delivery assurance function in executive-level forums, providing updates on supplier performance, risks, and mitigation plans.Partner with procurement teams to negotiate delivery terms, prioritize critical needs, and escalate issues as necessary.Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, analytics, and decision-making.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery assurance team.Travel as needed.
