Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Key responsibilitiesTechnical ExecutionPerform routine maintenance, disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing of aircraft components such as heat exchangers, air cycle machines, valves, and starters under supervision.Use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure components meet specifications and quality standards.Assist in diagnosing faults and executing repairs, gradually taking on more complex tasks as skills develop.Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.Compliance and DocumentationAdhere to all safety and quality standards set by the organization and regulatory bodies such as FAA and EASA.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.Identify and report non-conformances or deviations during maintenance activities.Team Collaboration and DevelopmentWork collaboratively with technicians, senior technicians, and team leads to meet production schedules and operational goals.Seek guidance and feedback from experienced colleagues to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.Actively participate in training and development programs to advance toward the Technician role.Operational SupportAssist in maintaining workshop tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and calibrated as required.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and effectiveness.Execute tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while also exercising sound judgment for non-standard scenarios requiring troubleshooting or escalation.Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution.Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience or exposure in an aviation-related field, with foundational technical skills in aircraft component maintenance.Basic understanding of mechanical systems and precision repair processes.Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and technical documentation.Good attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.Team-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
