Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehousing or logistics (experience, 2 years)
• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in relevant field. (experience)
• Qualifications We Prefer (experience)
• Certified forklift license is preferred. (certification)
• SAP knowledge is preferred. (experience)
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Access, Visio, Power BI (will be at advantage) (experience)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, material flow, bonded warehouse activities, inventory control, and shipping.
• Receive, inspect, process, and record engines, engine spares, customer parts, consumables, and other materials in SAP, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within required turnaround times.
• Manage warehouse inventory by performing binning, storage, picking, issuing, stock adjustments, cycle counts, annual stock take, and inventory reconciliation while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper segregation, identification, preservation, traceability, and FIFO control of serviceable, quarantine, customer-owned, and unserviceable materials.
• Coordinate packing, shipping, import/export screening, and transportation of engines, engine spares, and customer parts, including preparation of shipping documentation and cargo information.
• Investigate and follow up on all damage or discrepancies, submit defect report, and ensure accurate movement of quarantine inventory.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation, operational reports, dashboards, and SAP records to support traceability and performance monitoring.
• Support after-hours AOG requirements, audits, compliance activities, and perform any other duties assigned by the Logistics Cell Lead.
• Mature and independent team player with good interpersonal skills
• Physical work including material handling and lifting within safety guidelines is expected.
