Required Qualifications

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent. (experience)
• At least 1 year working experience in warehouse, logistics and supply chain experience. (experience, 1 years)
• Entry Level is welcomed (experience)
• Strong knowledge in Excel and SAP. (experience)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision. (experience)
• Ability to drive for results & achieve excellence. (experience)
• Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all physical items kept in the kitting are accounted properly and reports any discrepancy to the cell leader without delays.
• Supervise employees under his management and works closely with the Operations, Planning, Procurement and ROCs team.
• Prevents unnecessary delay in the receiving and issuing of spares both to the shop and sales support.
• Highlights any discrepancy to the Cell Leader if write-off action is required.
• Managing daily report for kitting material, layout progress, receiving, issuing and inventory in warehouse.
• Managing the timely and accurate issuing of engine spares required to process jobs, maintaining inventory counts (stock count) accurately.
• Managing issuing of hardware and subassembly details to assembly service order using SAP, layout sheet etc.
• Ensure switching forms are submitted before retrieval by Operations/Planner.
• Ensure milk run is performed twice daily.
• Ensure receipt of serviceable engine spares from inspection – Cycle 1 & Cycle 2
• Ensure disseminate subcontract parts to respective section upon engine release – Cycle 2
• Coordinate packing of engine spares to the warehouse.
• Coordinate the delivery to warehouse.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Perform daily 6S.
