Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline supporting the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Program.The LTAMDS LSE (Associate Director, Systems Engineering) will be joining the LTAMDS-GE Department and will be an integral part of the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) where they will be the principal arbiter of Systems requirements and design. The LSE supports the OCE to ensure technical execution and system compliance with contractual requirements.Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of mission-critical defense systems, and you'll have a hands-on role in ensuring the entire system functions seamlessly.What you will do:Works across all IPT/CPTs, and across contracts in support of Development, Production, and Sustainment.Coordinates across HW, SW, test capabilities to ensure interface integrity and design cohesion. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
