Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. (degree in mechanical engineering)
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related engineering field. (experience, 2 years)
• 2+ years of experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, or soldering. (experience, 2 years)
• 2+ years of experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. (experience, 2 years)

• Experience using CAD software and applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies; Six Sigma certification is preferred. (experience)
• Experience in aerospace or a related industry. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to support the manufacturability of new and existing products.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and manufacturing flow diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety requirements.
• Support the introduction of new products and processes, including equipment selection, installation, and validation.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and areas for process optimization.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and technical support to production personnel.
• Communicate effectively in English in a conversational and professional setting with cross-functional teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required, including maintaining or obtaining the necessary travel documentation and visa, when applicable.
