Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineering (SE) Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to support the NASAMS Product Line. The NASAMS SE CPTL is responsible for leading the NASAMS Systems Engineering team’s execution of all Systems Engineering scope across the NASAMS Product Line. This position is onsite based in Tewksbury, MA.What You Will DoCollaborate with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and productsSupport and lead Internal Research and Development for future capability upgradesSystem integration and test support, including live fire test eventsPeriods of travel up to 25% of time both domestically and internationallyProvide technical oversight and management for a variety of Systems Engineering efforts:Concept and requirements development (including decomposition and flowdown) within a mature product-lineConcept of Operations (CONOPS) development and designAlgorithm optimization and developmentMulti-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense SystemCollaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighterFunctional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded systemSupport and lead Internal and External Program and Design ReviewsQualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in Air Defense Systems, Systems Engineering production or development.Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviewsProgram Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the roleActive and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
