This role may lead small projects or operational processes, provide coaching to junior team members, and implement improvements to enhance NOC performance. The specialist operates with autonomy, leveraging advanced expertise to resolve complex, multi‑domain issues and influence operational standards.What You Will DoLead the monitoring, analysis, and resolution of advanced or cross‑system network issues.Manage and improve operational processes and small projects within the NOC.Collaborate closely with network engineering, security, service desk, and operations teams.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of network technologies, tools, and standard operating procedures. Follow established escalation paths and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).Support 24/7 operations, potentially including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.Develop enhancements to tools, processes, or procedures to improve service performance.This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
