The technician works with limited supervision and influences others through clear communication of policies and best practices.What You Will DoIndependently monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents before escalation.Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.Support larger, moderately complex operational projects and service initiatives.Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive service reliability.Explain policies and system behaviors to team members and customers.This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
