The individual shall have Subject Matter level knowledge in the field of EMI/EMC. The problem faced will be difficult and often complex. Responsible for coaching, mentoring and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. This should contribute to development of goals of the respective discipline and planning efforts such as budgets, operational plans etc.Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area.
