The role involves a significant requirement for effectively communication with manufacturing leadership teams.You must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS clearance.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for managing safety standards within a manufacturing area to support site safety targets.Responsible for delivery and reporting of Circuit Card Assembly manufacturing targets. This will include making decisions in avoiding or minimising interruption to Programs. Manage any site equipment breakdowns or line stop events with the relevant support teams.Identifying and co-ordination of training for all staff.Manufacturing budget and financial reporting responsibility for CCA contentCommunication with program and productions teams is robust, and risks are identified, communicated and mitigated with the key stakeholdersContinuous process improvement, utilising RTX (CORE) philosophy as appropriate. Implement change and contribute in SQCDP improvements.
