In this role, you will play a key part in the planning of all of our manufacturing, assembly and procurement activities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.What You Will Do:Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders while balancing capacity, materials availability, and operational priorities.Create and manage work orders within the ERP system (e.g., Infor LN), ensuring accurate routing, material allocation, and production timelines.Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available to support planned production.Collaborate with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality to resolve scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and production issues.Monitor production progress, update schedules as required, and communicate changes to stakeholders to maintain alignment across operations and supply chain functions.Analyze demand, capacity, and material availability to balance production schedules and meet delivery commitments.Develop reporting tools or dashboards to track progress and identify potential bottlenecks in production planning.What You Will Learn: Gain in-depth experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Develop cross-functional collaboration skills by partnering with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.Enhance your problem-solving expertise by addressing real-world challenges in scheduling, capacity planning, and material optimization.Qualifications You Must Have:3–5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.Experience working with ERP systems such as Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms for work order management and production planning.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and planning tools for schedule tracking, reporting, and production analysis.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.Qualifications We Prefer:Proven experience creating and managing work orders, purchase requisitions, and production schedules within an ERP environment.Strong collaboration skills with Supply Chain, procurement, operations, and engineering teams to ensure production plans are achievable and materials are available.Familiarity with demand and capacity analysis to optimize production schedules.Knowledge of and compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and internal EHS policies.Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.What We Offer:Collaborative & innovative work environmentRelocation EligibilitySigning BonusSmall town environment with urban comfortsLearn More & Apply Now!At Raytheon ELCAN, we offer more than just a job; we offer the opportunity to be part of a global team that is shaping the future of high-precision optical systems. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
