We are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the team in Leighton Buzzard, leading new galley projects for one of the most modern passenger aircraft, the Airbus A350 XWB.We are a flexible working employer and welcome the opportunity to discuss flexibility requirements with our applicants. This role is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be on-site for minimum of 3 days a week.What you will do:You will be working very closely with the senior program manager and managing projects in their entirety.This is a highly collaborative role so will be working with numerous stakeholders and customers.Work within an IPT environment (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial…) to ensure that the projects under your responsibility are resourced appropriately.Create and execute project plans, including revisions where necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.Managing the day-to-day aspects of projects and keeping them rolling forward to meet agreed timelines. Pro-actively manage and track changes in project scope.Project documentation must be accurate and to be kept up to date.
