ATS manufactures standard and custom engineered products to provide customers with the right solution.What You Will Do *Technical Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell precision chillers to semiconductor OEMs, fabs, and OSATsIdentify new business opportunities and develop customer accountsPrepare technical proposals and quotations based on application needsCollaborate with customers and internal engineering teams on solutions and customizationDeliver product presentations, training, and technical briefingsBuild long-term customer relationships to support repeat businessInstallation, Service & Technical SupportPerform or coordinate installation, commissioning, and site acceptanceTroubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control system issuesConduct preventive maintenance, repair, and performance verificationProvide on-site and remote technical support, including on-call supportSupport warranty cases and recommend spare parts.Customer Support & CoordinationServe as the primary technical contact for customersRespond to service requests and resolve issues promptlyCoordinate with engineering, operations, and logistics teamsParticipate in customer meetings and regular updatesOperational & Administrative DutiesMaintain service reports, logs, and documentationTrack service activities and managing spare partsEnsure tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.Qualifications You Must Have *Education & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field2–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, chillers, HVAC, or similar industries preferredFresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply Technical KnowledgeBasic knowledge of refrigeration systems (compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion devices)Familiarity with electrical and control system troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills). Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and presentation skillsFluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred for regional supportCustomer-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independentlyStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Other RequirementsWilling to travel locally and overseas (~20%)Able to work in cleanroom environmentsWilling to provide on-call support when requiredDriving licence preferredRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
