Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do Responsible for creating Proactive safe culture by identifying Hazard identification & unsafe working conditionsLeading problem-solving and developing Mistake proofing solution.Identifying & Implementing Process AutomationDriving MES implementation and Smart factory initiatives Creating & updating Process FMEA and RPN reduction recommendationConfiguration & ECN Management handling and driving team on effective implementationSupporting production team on meeting Monthly Customer demand by driving unresolved Product issues and taking up with Engineering team until getting solution for each problem.Conducting Productivity improvement projects by analyzing & improving existing production processes continuously, schedules, and workflows and coming with innovative ideas for improvement. Designing Fixture and development for process improvementsIdentifying and implement strategies to reduce Cost saving target (PIP savings) inorder to meet yearly cost savings target & to reduce CPH (cost per hour)Knowledge and hands on experience in SAPHands on experience in Wire Soldering & Crimping process.Coaching and guiding team members during difficult situationsPPAP process & NPD launchShould have skills designing efficient layouts for facilities and equipment to optimize space utilization and workflow.
