What You Will Do Lead and manage moderately sized structural analysis projects with significant impact on organizational objectives. Perform advanced structural analyses for aircraft components and systems using analytical and finite element methods. Evaluate load paths and support airframe design activities involving metallic and composite structures. Conduct and review analyses related to static strength, durability (LCF and HCF), damage tolerance, EBU, actuation systems, and nacelle structures. Develop innovative technical solutions by researching and integrating industry best practices. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation to support design decisions and certification activities. Collaborate closely with international engineering teams and provide technical guidance to lower-level engineers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing existing processes, tools, and systems. Support structural testing activities and interpret material behavior and properties for both metallic and composite materials. Support and conduct technical presentations (CDR and PDR).
