Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Support LAVS 3.0 New Product Development activities (Group B onwards) by establishing and validating robust test processes for new products.Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test procedures to ensure product compliance with design and customer requirements.Support production readiness activities by ensuring test equipment, processes, and documentation are available prior to product launch.Collaborate with Engineering teams to review product requirements and translate them into effective test solutions.Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and othersQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, or Process Engineering.Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), product launch, or manufacturing deployment activities.Knowledge and experience in manufacturing test processes, ATP testing, PLC, troubleshooting, and validation activities.Experience in analyzing test data, improving FPY, and implementing corrective actions.Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP/MRP systems, and production data tracking tools.Strong problem-solving skills with experience using Root Cause Analysis tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering analysis tools.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
