Skills and ExperienceExperience of working in an Agile/Scrum/DevOps delivery model Experience of test automation frameworks and tools. Experience of scripting languages and scripting for automation. Experience producing test plans and reports using applicable tools Understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and demonstrable evidence of relevant test methodologies and toolsets DesirableAWS and/or Azure Continuous Integration Experience of deploying and configuring complex software under Linux/Windows Ability to review and apply different tools and techniques e.g. monitoring, logging, performance testing ResponsibilitiesApply test skills and experience within the context of an Agile software delivery team Responsible for the creation and maintenance of automated test frameworks Define and manage test environments; create and manage test data; define and manage test tools Support estimation of test activities Support test team interactions with the wider development team and assist in the resolution of issues Contribute to the production of test documents using appropriate tools as required Raise defects and support the wider development team in their resolution Manage creation of automated and manual test scripts Produce test and deployment strategies and plans in compliance with customer project guidelines Support test team interactions with the wider development team and assist in the resolution of issues.Benefits:£: Competitive salaryContributory Pension Scheme (up to 10.5% company contribution)6 times salary ‘Life Assurance’ with pension25 days holiday (increasing with service) + statutory public holidays, plus opportunity to buy and sell up to 5 days (37hr)Company bonus scheme (discretionary)Flexible Benefits scheme with extensive salary sacrifice schemes, including Health Cashplan, Dental, and Cycle to Work amongst othersEnhanced sick payEnhanced family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity & shared parental leaveWork Culture37hr working week, although hours may vary depending on role, job requirement or site-specific arrangements.Early 1.30pm finish Friday, start your weekend early!Remote, hybrid and site based working opportunities, dependant on your needs and the requirements of the role.Up to 5 paid days volunteering each year.Flexible working culture focused on output, with more formal flexible working arrangements on request (assessed subject to role) - please highlight any requests to the Talent Acquisition team.RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
