What You Will DoRepair & overhaul of the aero-engine components by benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, welding, machining, or using other required mechanical skills.Follow procedures and guidelines to meet operational requirements and quality standards.Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.Report any incidents, hazardous conditions, and emergencies to the supervisor.Perform an assessment of risk of the activities and take corrective and preventive actions.To participate in audits and inspections as and when required.Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.Support the continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities within the company.Qualifications You Must HaveMin “O’ Level or NITEC in Engineering or relevant disciplines.2 years relevant experience or no experience who are keen to pursue aerospace industry.Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment, tools, and machines.A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications.Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.Qualifications We PreferRelevant aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience.Basic working knowledge of MS Office application and SAP.What We OfferCareer and skills development opportunitiesEmployee scholarship program for further educationComprehensive health, medical and dental benefitsOn-the-job training and in-house/external certificationsCompetitive renumeration packageAllowance and overtime benefits where appliable.Company transport provided.RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
