Required Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. (experience)
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in engine testing, module assembly, disassembly or inspection. (experience, 2 years)
• Good understanding of technical drawing and manuals. (experience)
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach. (experience)
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset. (experience)
• Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform rig, test and derig of engine in a test cell environment.
• Operate machinery, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engines, modules, components, and accessories.
• Interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support the Assistant Foremen and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets.
• Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required.
• Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
