Job Description

In this role, you will support business and financial processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business requirements, document processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions. CORE RESPONSIBILITYProvide quick response to functional user questions/problems for Oracle modules and business applications. Generate and assist with timely help ticket resolution for Oracle modules and business applications. Preserve efficient operation of Oracle modules and business applications through appropriate testing, configuring and patching/upgrading. Support testing & documentation efforts for rollouts of existing Oracle modules or business applications to other operating units, as well as new Oracle modules or business applications as approved. Support research and information gathering for new Oracle module or business applications under consideration for implementation or purchase. Oral and writtenPREFERREDPossess ERP and/or financial processes understanding. Preference given to Oracle application experience.Demonstrated process improvement identification and task completion. Preference given to transactional lean certification.Analysis, solution building and documentation skills for processes, requirements, and recommendations.Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently.Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.Demonstrated work efforts with business personnel across divisions and teams.Understand basics of technology impacts, testing processes and controls to safeguard business processes.Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients and support personnel.Manage time effectively.Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Required Qualifications
