In this role, you will partner with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing teams to improve plant quality performance, support new product introductions, resolve manufacturing challenges, and implement best-in-class quality systems. Lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.Support plant leadership in driving quality performance and operational excellence.Manage investigations and resolve manufacturing and technical issues using Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.Support new product commercialization, product transfers, and acquisition integrations.Drive implementation of quality-related systems, processes, and digital tools.Deliver training and guidance to quality teams across multiple sites. Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related field.3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services, or Product Development.Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence change and work effectively in a global, matrix environment.
