Job Description

The Oracle HCM Lead Technical Analyst role is responsible for leading the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications necessary for the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. The incumbent will lead the partnership with technical teams to ensure software systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. The incumbent will be responsible for managing configuration, set up, and updates to the applications, validating that their team has entered data into established tables, fields, and system databases with the highest level of accuracy. The incumbent is an expert in developing custom queries and building reports utilizing query and flexible reporting tools to facilitate business management decisions. The role will provide strategic advice to management concerning changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards to optimize performance and mitigate potential risk with the ability to analyze various metrics to monitor performance and provide insights to management. The incumbent will lead and mentor the team responsible for training users on the applications and setting up user access. They will supervise the collaboration between cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to provide sufficient support for the enterprise-wide applications.​ Lead the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications by providing guidance on developing and identifying design considerations and business impacts needed for configuration​Drive quality of data for internal department planning and activities​Lead configuration, setup, and updating of applications, and provide guidance as needed​Manage data loading process into established tables, fields, and system databases​Review and approve governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms​Lead the team in building reports and provide strategic insights and recommendations related to business management and staff decisions​Lead and mentor the team responsible for training users on the applications and setting up user access​Provide strategic recommendations for changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standardsEstablish and share Enterprise-wide Applications perspective when collaborating with cross-functional technical teams within the organization, to ensure the integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems​Lead and liaise with client stakeholders and external vendors to ensure support for enterprise-wide applications​ This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. In lieu of a degree, at least 9 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support 6+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologiesExtensive knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platformsExperience managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systemsExpertise in configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applicationsExperience applying security designs and principles to technology-based business solutionsExperience leading teams and overseeing database management and maintenanceAbility to develop and review complex custom queries using query and reporting toolsExtensive knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle5 years Oracle application experience with various Human Capital Management (HCM) modules focusing on Core HR, OLC,Talent and Succession planning modules.Additional module experience (i.e., Oracle Performance, Workforce Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud) is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
