Provide support for the end-to-end lifecycle management of protective coating products, ensuring the proper administration of data, documentation, launches, changes, availability, and performance indicators. The role coordinates activities across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and technical teams to facilitate the commercial and operational execution of the portfolio. Manage and maintain up-to-date master data, documentation, and packaging materials for the portfolio.Coordinate product additions, changes, launches, and discontinuations.Analyze sales, volume, profitability, margins, and availability to support portfolio decisions.Track schedules, deliverables, samples, certifications, and post-launch activities.Support Sales and Marketing by providing technical data sheets, presentations, training, and commercial materials.Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations regarding inventory, demand, transfers, and availability.Prepare reports, dashboards, and portfolio performance indicators.Gather competitive intelligence and support market and pricing analysis.Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on agreements and pending actions. FORMAL EDUCATIONBachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.Technical background in coatings, construction materials, or resin flooring technologies KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, technical service, project management, customer support, sales support, or related business functions. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.Experience within industrial coatings, technologies, construction products, or specialty materials. Familiarity with regulatory testing and certification processes. Experience working within a global organization.
