This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, auditing, and assisting with Reliability Excellence (RX) and Process Safety Management (PSM). Perform in depth analysis of maintenance and production data to initiate and support RX related enhancement projectsLead site in achieving RX goals and maintenance system improvementReview preventative maintenance work for effectiveness and implement necessary improvementsWork with team to track and identify utility improvement opportunitiesInvestigate and rectify reliability and safety issues, using ARC methods as necessaryConduct gap assessments to reliability and engineering standardsLead assigned capital and expense projectsContribute to contractor management programContribute to Process Safety Management (PSM) elements as assigned Minimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field from an accredited institution or 5 years inan industrial maintenance role with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with continuous improvement processes/techniques, such as: Six Sigma, Lean, Transactional Lean and Root Cause Analysis Experience in the chemical industry with Process Safety Management (PSM) covered process
