We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Nassjö to lead our warehousing and distribution activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Lead and develop warehouse teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to meet business and customer requirements.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Drive operational performance through effective resource planning, inventory accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.Analyze operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.Develop and maintain warehouse procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
