Learn more about the portfolio here: Peripheral Vascular | StrykerIn this role, you will support the delivery and adoption of these therapies in real clinical settings, helping improve patient outcomes while building hands-on clinical and commercial experience in complex hospital environments.What you will doSupport Account Managers in executing therapy adoption and patient pathway implementation across assigned hospital accountsProvide clinical case support, including procedure preparation, in-room assistance within defined scope, and post-case follow-upCoordinate operational logistics such as product availability and case scheduling to ensure ≥95% on-time case readinessDeliver product and therapy education sessions to healthcare professionals within defined competency levelsMaintain consistent hospital presence to support physicians, nurses, and care teams during procedures and daily operationsCapture and report structured field insights, customer feedback, and case observations within required timelinesRecord all activities, case details, and compliance documentation accurately in company systemsEnsure adherence to regulatory, quality, and adverse event reporting standards during all clinical activitiesWhat you will needRequired QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, healthcare, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a clinical, therapy support, or healthcare environmentExperience supporting procedures or patient care in hospital settings (e.g., cath lab, operating room, emergency care)Valid driver’s licenseAbility to travel extensively, including overnight travelRequired clinical/vendor certifications to access hospital environments must be maintainedPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related disciplineExperience with interventional or procedural-based therapiesExperience supporting medical device products in hospital environmentsAdditional InformationField-based role supporting hospitals across assigned territoriesTravel requirement: approximately 70–80%, including overnight stays and long-distance travel (up to approximately 60,000 km annually)Role requires extended standing periods, use of protective equipment (including lead gear), and lifting equipment up to 20 kgRegular exposure to clinical environments, including radiation and biological materials, in line with safety protocolsStructured training plan provided, including clinical, product, and compliance trainingWhat We OfferCompetitive salary. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (degree in equivalent in life sciences)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical, therapy support, or healthcare environment (experience, 2 years)
  • Experience supporting procedures or patient care in hospital settings (e.g., cath lab, operating room, emergency care) (experience)
  • Valid driver’s license (experience)
  • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel (experience)
  • Required clinical/vendor certifications to access hospital environments must be maintained (certification)
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related discipline (degree in life sciences)
  • Experience with interventional or procedural-based therapies (experience)
  • Experience supporting medical device products in hospital environments (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in executing therapy adoption and patient pathway implementation across assigned hospital accounts

  • Coordinate operational logistics such as product availability and case scheduling to ensure ≥95% on-time case readiness
