Work Flexibility: Field-basedWork Flexibility: Field-based for Northern Minnesota starting in northern Minneapolis. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible What You Will Do: As the Associate Field Service Representative, you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. Also, verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.Repair, maintain and operate Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation.Serve as company liaison with external customers on administrative and technical matters; ensure customer satisfaction therefore facilitating renewals of existing SAs.Partner with Account Executives and MPS team members to actively identify potential sales leads.Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation and other assigned equipment.Independently and proactively schedule and perform required preventive maintenance visits and engineering updates (ECN’s).Travel and assist in other Field Service territories.Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner.Instruct and train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software and hardware upgrades/updates, installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars. Required Qualifications
