Work Flexibility: HybridSummary:This role reports to the Senior Business Unit Manager, Neurovascular, ASEAN. You will drive growth and innovation across Stryker’s Neurovascular portfolio in ASEAN, delivering advanced solutions that improve patient outcomes. The role focuses on shaping strategic direction, leading commercialization efforts, and enabling distributor success in a dynamic, high-impact environment.What you do:• Develop and implement strategies to maximize operating income across the full Neurovascular portfolio under assigned markets• Create sales plans and actionable steps aligned with divisional objectives to achieve revenue and gross profit targets• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies while providing in-market clinical support• Negotiate distributor contracts and build strong relationships with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs)• Plan and drive marketing strategies based on customer insights and market surveys, including annual and commercialization plans• Advise distributors on business operations such as workflow, inventory, and product promotion; conduct regular business reviews• Collaborate with distributors and regulatory teams to ensure timely product registration and compliance• Coordinate distributor training programs and provide resources to support growth and performanceWhat you need:Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry• Proven experience in channel sales and/or distributor management within multi-country (ASEAN or similar) markets• Demonstrated experience in Neurovascular, interventional, or other complex medical device therapeutic areas• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build and manage complex distributor and KOL relationshipsPreferred Qualifications• Experience supporting the development of marketing programs for product portfolios, including market research, product requirement analysis, and product launch activities• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams• Willingness and ability to travel regionally (approximately 30%)Travel Percentage: 30%
