Work Flexibility: HybridThe Buyer, IBP is responsible for executing procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, services, and products while supporting quality, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. The role works closely with planning, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure business continuity. What You Will Do Procurement ExecutionCreate and manage purchase orders in line with demand and supply plansEnsure timely procurement of materials to meet production / customer requirementsMonitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment trackingSupplier ManagementMaintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and performanceTrack supplier KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead time adherence, and qualityResolve supply issues, delays, and escalations proactivelyInventory & Planning AlignmentCollaborate with commercial and operations team to align procurement plansMonitor inventory health and Purchase order aging to avoid excess and shortagesSupport inventory optimization and working capital targetsData & Process ManagementEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies and controlsAnalyze procurement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities What You Will NeedRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.Minimum 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, Supply Planning.English language proficiency.Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience in supplier relationship management.PreferredKnowledge of Power BI.Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices).Knowledge of continuous improvement and cost‑reduction methodologies. Required Qualifications
