Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm; OT scheduled based on production needs What you will do: Conduct inspections in accordance with established gage plans, utilizing calipers, angle gages, and other required inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met.Produce high-quality fabricated parts using a variety of fabrication equipment.Operate production equipment, including loader/unloader stations, drill presses, weld nut stations, saws, and other basic fabrication machinery and tooling.Perform inspections using required quality and measurement equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.Complete machine setup, work preparation, fabrication, cleanup, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance activities for assigned equipment and work areas.Train new employees on processes, equipment, safety requirements, and best practices.What you need: RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED Two plus (2+) years manufacturing experience specifically in sheet metal fabrication or CNC machining.#INDGQO $23.80/hr. + $2.00/hr Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits Travel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
