In this role, you will support the development and execution of equipment financing solutions, working closely with Sales, Legal and Finance teams to deliver seamless and compliant customer experiences.What you will do: You will be the primary support to the Regional Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst in FranceSupport the structuring and pricing of financial deals using internal toolsPrepare and manage credit agreements and financing contracts, ensuring accuracy and complianceCoordinate with Legal teams to validate contract clauses and ensure adherence to guidelinesOversee the full contract lifecycle, from creation to activation and documentation managementCollaborate with Sales teams by providing financial support, training and ad-hoc guidanceConduct credit checks and build financial cases in collaboration with partner financial institutionsMonitor signed contracts, identify potential issues and ensure proper follow-upContribute to process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracyEssential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, or similar roleStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detailStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational skills with a process-driven mindsetFluent in English and French (written and spoken)Strong service, training, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred RequirementsExperience working with contracts or legal documentationFamiliarity with SalesforceExperience supporting sales or commercial teams Netherlands Pay Ranges:Netherlands: €44.100 - €81.900 EUR Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
