You will provide responsive service, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure products are available when needed.What You Will Do:Enter and process Sales Representative replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency.Manage inventory transactions and product movement between sub-inventories using WMS/ERP systems.Coordinate product returns, shipments, and field transfers while maintaining accurate documentation.Monitor inventory accuracy through routine checks and cycle counts and investigate discrepancies as needed.Troubleshoot order, product, inventory, and workflow issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.Partner with Sales, Distribution, and other cross-functional teams to resolve order, shipping, and return-related needs.Provide timely, professional communication and updates to Sales Representatives and internal partners.Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.What You Need:Required: High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of relevant experiencePreferred: Warehouse/Inventory Control experienceAssociate or Bachelor’s degree $25.39 - $34.35 USD Hourly Travel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
