Job Description

Work Flexibility: HybridIn this role, you will partner with leaders and employees to deliver key talent initiatives, support organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact by influencing employee experience, talent outcomes, and business performance. What you will do:Partner with first-line leaders to execute talent processes, including performance management, employee development, compensation cycles, and organizational initiatives.Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment practices, and workplace matters, identifying root causes and driving sustainable solutions.Lead employee relations activities by investigating issues, recommending actions, and supporting resolution in alignment with company policies and local regulations.Deliver company-wide talent programs, including performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and annual compensation processes.Support recruitment activities for leadership and professional roles in partnership with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.Coordinate talent management and succession planning activities to strengthen organizational capability and workforce planning.Manage onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.Monitor HR documentation, maintain data accuracy, and prepare reports, analyses, and compliance documentation for business leaders, HR stakeholders, and external institutions.What you will needRequired:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualificationMinimum 4 years of professional work experienceMinimum 2 years of business-facing HR experience within a commercial environmentFluent in Polish and EnglishPreferred:Experience using Workday, Enova, JD Edwards (JDE), or similar systems Poland Pay Ranges:Poland: zł142.600 - zł237.700 PLN Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
