Work Flexibility: OnsiteSchedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday - Friday, OT required as needed.What you will do: As a Machine Operator in our Comfort Bath department, you will be working with products that are improving and saving people’s lives by being responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished products from the line.Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed Attend and participate in daily team meetingsStock work area with needed materialsCollaborate with peers, functional departments, and techniciansIdentify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documentsMaintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standardsPerform and assist with in-process quality checks where applicableEffectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and incoming/outgoing shifts when applicableIdentify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errorsMeet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekendsWhat you need:PreferredHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to maneuver and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally $22.30/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium plus bonus potential and benefits.
