Work Flexibility: Field-basedMako Product Specialist Team LeadWe are currently looking for a passionate and ambitious Mako Product Specialist Team Lead to join our Joint Replacement division in Ankara (Turkey).Stryker’s Joint Replacement business is a leader in orthopedic innovation, combining advanced implant technologies and robotic-assisted solutions to help restore mobility and enhance quality of life for patients worldwide.This field-based Team Lead role is an exciting opportunity to coordinate, support and develop the MAKO business across Eastern Türkiye. You will play a key role in guiding and supporting the regional MPS team while combining clinical expertise and commercial impact. You will drive adoption of innovative technology in orthopedics, contribute to regional strategy, and help deliver measurable growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What you will doCoordinate and support the Eastern Türkiye MPS team, fostering engagement, knowledge sharing, and capability development to help achieve business targets.Manage key MAKO accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of premium customer service and long-term partnership growth.Attend surgical procedures regularly to assess field performance, identify opportunities, and support team execution.Define and implement regional strategies to maximize market potential and increase MAKO utilization.Execute sales plans, growing procedure volume with both existing and new surgeons.Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and effective use of MAKO solutions.Collaborate with commercial and field service teams to resolve customer needs and enhance satisfaction levels.Conduct regular visits with surgeons and hospital management to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.What you needRequired:Diploma/degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.Minimum 4+ years of Sales or Clinical experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare, or a related industry.Experience coordinating teams, leading projects, or taking functional responsibility within a cross-functional environment.Demonstrated interest in supporting, mentoring and developing colleagues, while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Good working knowledge of English and fluency in Turkish. Proven customer focus and ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.Demonstrated consultative selling approach and commercial acumen.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver commitments within timelines.Adaptable, organized and analytically minded.Valid driver’s license.Preferred:Experience in Orthopedics, Surgical Sales, or Joint Replacement (Hip & Knee).Previous experience in Team Leading, People Management, mentoring colleagues, or Process Management is welcome.Knowledge of the Turkish public and private healthcare system.Experience providing Clinical Support in an Operating Room environment.Additional InformationField-based role located in Ankara, Turkey.Travel requirement: approximately 80% within the territory.Requires regular presence in hospitals and operating rooms.Company car provided as part of the compensation packageWhat do we offer in return?We grow talent: You will have the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths and ambitions – at junior or senior level.MAKO Product Training: Specific product training for MPS team members in English, including field training, co-travelling and surgery’s observation in the operating room.Recognition of your performance: At Stryker, outstanding individual and cross-functional team performance is rewarded.
