The incumbent will partner with regional and global stakeholders to shape growth strategies, evaluate business development opportunities, generate market insights, and support the execution of strategic priorities.What You Will Do:StrategyProvide market insights and strategic input from the KISA region (Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia) to help shape APAC and Global Neurovascular strategies, ensuring regional perspectives are represented in key business decisionsSupport the Director, Business Excellence, APAC Neurovascular, in developing and executing country growth strategies across the KISA regionAnalyze business performance, market data, and industry insights to support the development of strategic priorities and growth initiativesBusiness Development and IntegrationIdentify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions across the KISA region, in alignment with the company's strategic objectivesSupport due diligence activities, integration planning, and execution for newly acquired or partnered businessesBuild strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support business development initiativesFoster collaboration and trust across global and local commercial and business development teams to drive successful outcomesIndustry KnowledgeMonitor the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market activities across KISA marketsCollaborate with regional and country leaders, as well as cross-functional teams, to support product launches and optimize New Product Development (NPD) portfolio planning and timelinesWhat you need:Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferredTypically 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, corporate development, M&A, or business transformation, ideally within the MedTech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectorsExperience driving complex regional projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment to deliver measurable business outcomesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendationsExperience evaluating growth opportunities and supporting the execution of strategic initiativesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levelsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving business environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience within the MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industriesKnowledge of healthcare and MedTech market dynamics across the KISA regionExperience supporting acquisitions, strategic partnerships, due diligence, or post-merger integration activitiesFamiliarity with APAC healthcare regulatory environments and market access considerationsExperience working in a regional or global role with diverse, multicultural teams.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualificationTravel Percentage: 30%
