Work Flexibility: Field-basedJoin Stryker’s Orthopaedics team and work at the intersection of surgery, technology, and robotics. As a Product Support Specialist, you will work directly in the operating room, supporting joint replacement procedures and the adoption of the Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery System while helping surgical teams deliver precise and consistent patient care.Joint Replacement Portfolio: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/joint-replacement.htmlMako: Mako SmartRobotics Overview | StrykerWhat you will doProvide on-site clinical support in the operating room for conventional and Mako robotic-arm assisted hip and knee replacement procedures, supporting safe and effective use of Stryker technologies.Guide surgeons and operating room teams throughout robotic-assisted procedures, supporting clinical workflows and effective integration of Mako technology.Deliver hands-on product and clinical training to surgeons, operating room staff, and other hospital stakeholders to increase knowledge and adoption.Support the implementation and expansion of robotic surgery programs across Campania and Molise through demonstrations, evaluations, workshops, cadaver labs, and structured training programs.Build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, biomedical teams, and hospital stakeholders to understand clinical needs and support long-term partnerships.Partner with Sales and Regional Management to execute territory plans, identify customer needs, and develop opportunities for growth across Joint Replacement and Robotics.Manage consignment stock, surgical instrumentation, and operating room inventory accurately to ensure product availability for scheduled procedures.Maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly territory planning while meeting applicable quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.What you will needRequired qualificationsBachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, technical, healthcare, or related discipline.Minimum 2 years of professional experience within healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, or a hospital environment.Professional working proficiency in Italian at C2 level.English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.Preferred qualificationsPrevious professional experience within orthopaedics, orthopaedic implants, or joint replacement.Previous experience supporting procedures within an operating room environment.Previous exposure to robotic-assisted surgery, surgical navigation, digital operating room technologies, or medical technology systems.Previous experience within medical device sales, clinical product support, hospital procurement, tenders, or another regulated healthcare environment.Additional InformationLocation: Naples.Territory: Campania and Molise.Work arrangement: Field-based.Travel: Approximately 80% across the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.Operating room presence: Regular and significant operating room presence is required to support scheduled surgical procedures.Training: Structured onboarding and advanced Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery System training will be provided, with the opportunity to become a certified Mako clinical specialist.Benefits: Company car and fuel card are provided.At Stryker, you will have the opportunity to develop deep clinical and technical expertise while contributing to the growth of robotic-assisted orthopaedic surgery in Italy.
