Work Flexibility: OnsiteSchedule: Friday-Sunday 5:30PM - 4:00AM (30 hours)What you will do: As a Production Associate I, you will prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product linesPrepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements Follow production build rates, and schedules and meet required cycle times Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international, and/or customer specifications Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own work and work area Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance, and meeting all training and documentation criteria Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends What you need:Preferred QualificationsHigh School or GED Manufacturing ExperiencePhysical & Cognitive Requirements: Requires ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on site and product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbsJob demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriateMay be required to reach, push or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilitiesRequires hand grasp ability#INDGQO $20.25/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential plus bonus eligible + benefits.
