Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent. (degree in equivalent)
• 5+ years of overall experience, including sales experience preferably in industries such as MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related. (experience, 5 years)
• Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in French and English. (experience)
• You are commercially driven and enthusiastic about (medical) technology – your resilience and desire to sell technical products with the best customer service are important elements to you. (experience)
• Relationship skills: you appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining connections. You also consider yourself a great team player. (experience)
• You demonstrate adaptability, organizational, analytical skills and ability to work independently. (experience)
• You have a valid driver’s license as this position involves customer interaction in the field. (experience)

Responsibilities

• In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with training to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also providing ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships, customer loyalty and sales growth.
• Develop and execute business plans. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.
• With the product knowledge you’ll develop, you will inform, advise and train hospital professionals during workshops and presentations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
• Prepare quotes for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales
• Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience – and with colleagues from other Stryker Commercial divisions towards cross-departmental opportunities.
