This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and values being part of a high-performing team that supports each other to achieve shared success.What will you doPromote and grow Stryker’s Orthopedics portfolio within the assigned territory (Bucharest)Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholdersOrganize and deliver product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to existing and prospective customersIdentify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activitySupport customers in selecting solutions that align with clinical needs and available budgetsManage sales forecasts, tender opportunities, contract proposals, and customer follow-up activitiesPartner closely with internal teams including Logistics and Customer Service to ensure smooth product delivery, invoicing, and inventory managementParticipate in local and regional exhibitions, congresses, and educational events to represent the Stryker brand and portfolioWhat will you needRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare stakeholdersProfessional Romanian and English language skills, both written and spokenValid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territoryPreferredMinimum 2 years of experience in Orthopedics or Trauma medical device sales is a nice to haveDiversity is important to us.
