Work Flexibility: HybridAbout the job:Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable/PTP operations and related financial processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Support key finance governance areas, including internal controls, tax compliance (VAT), and audit requirements, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective process execution and risk mitigation.What you will be doing:Manage end-to-end PTP operationsManage overall PTP operations with collaboration with CG & HKFC (incl. payment run, PTP inquiry process, HRP monitoring, etc.)Oversee intercompany payments in compliance with relevant regulations and monitor intercompany trade balance agingManage operating expense related accrual and prepaid balanceEnsure vednor information in master data are maintained accurately and compliant with policies and procedures.Perfrom periodic reviews of vendor master data and follow up to resolve issues identifiedAssist in the preparation of SOX documentation and walkthrough testing, ensuring compliance with internal controlAssist in internal/external audits and corporate tax return filings.Oversee T&E governance and complianceManage the inquiry & response process between employees and CG PTP through T&E portalEnsure timely and accurate preparation of T&E reports (T&E dashboard, exception report, departmental T&E reports)Drive employee awareness and compilance with T&E policies through training, newcomer orientation, Concur newsletterManage corporate card administration (issuance, cancellation, maintenance, late fee).Support global/APAC T&E initiatives and projects as a local representativeManage Treasury operations and cash managementManage Bank of America (BOA) banking approval matrixEnsure an optimal level of working capital through accuracte cash balance forecastingDeliver and manage foreign currency hedging related requirementsEnsure VAT compliance and reporting accuracyEnsure timely and accurate quarterly VAT fillings in collaboration with DoOneMange Purchase VAT reconciliation, ensuring compliance with tax regulationsInvestigate and resolve an discrepancies or issues identified during the VAT reconciliationManage NEXT workflow governance and system administrationMaintain NEXT workflows to ensure compliance with Corporate and APAC DOA policesAdminister NEXT system user asccounts, ensuring timely updates for changes to requestor and approver rolesProvide support for NEXT system inquires and collaborate with the APAC system team to resolve issuesOthersSupport ad-hoc analysis and projects upon requestWho are we looking for:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Finance/Accounting related major)Good command of English communication (Reading/Writing/Speaking)At least 3 years of progressive Finance experience preferedGood understanding of USGAAP and/or IFRS requiredGood command of Excel/business system handlingProficiency in project management in various areaStrong communication & teamwork skillsStrong presentation skillContinuous improvement mindsetTeam-First mindsetVersatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmCommitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflowAble to work from the big picture perspective, highlighting risks and potential actions when necessarySelf-motivated with the ability to work to agreed deadlinesLead with enthusiam to enhance finance capabilityStrong at relationship managementAct as a role model in develping self & others by proactive learning & sharingTravel Percentage: None
