This is an opportunity to influence commercial success, collaborate across multiple functions, and contribute to the continued growth of one of the world's leading medical technology companies.What You Will DoMonitor internal and external tender platforms to identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with business objectives.Lead tender kick-off and review meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.Prepare and coordinate qualification criteria to support informed Go/No-Go decisions.Develop and manage tender action plans, including documentation requirements, key milestones, and submission deadlines.Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the tender process to ensure timely completion of all activities.Communicate tender status, risks, timelines, and critical updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.Collect, review, and manage all required tender documentation to ensure complete and compliant submissions.Maintain and continuously improve the tender content library and tender forecasting reports to support business planning and reporting.What You Will NeedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, bid management, contracts, or a related commercial function.Fully fluent Dutch language proficiency.Professional working proficiency in English.Experience managing end-to-end tender processes, including opportunity identification, qualification, submission, and evaluation.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.Experience working within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or a regulated industry.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organisation.Additional InformationThis role offers opportunities for professional development in project coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic business planning within a global medical technology organisation.You will work closely with commercial, marketing, legal, finance, and operational teams to support business growth and operational excellence.Join Stryker and help shape the future of healthcare through strategic tender management, operational excellence, and meaningful collaboration.
