Reporting to the Strategy & Commercial Finance Director, the Associate Manager, Commercial Finance will support strategic ad hoc projects and deliver analysis that informs key business decisions. The role is heavily focused on business partnering, storytelling, and translating financial insights for non-finance stakeholders including Marketing, Franchisees, and Commercial teams. This position has high visibility with senior management and plays a critical role in delivering the organization’s objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing & Operations, to shape the innovation pipeline, promotional calendar, and ad hoc initiatives that drive top-line results. (30% Time Allocation)Support cross-functional teams and franchisees through sales and profitability analysis to inform business decisions. (Time Allocation: 20%)Forecast, analyze and report enterprise-wide Sales (by channel, region, menu items etc.) on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to develop insights and provide actionable recommendations to the business.
