This role requires you to provide general support as needed in the application of P&C processes at the RSC and coordinator for the Field. This role will operate across the board from supporting the Building People Capability process end-to-end, execution of Development Programs and assist with cradle-to-grave employee life cycle stages Responsibilities:Build People Capability Support• Assist with the implementation and coordination of BPC cycle• Ensure all documentation required is submitted timeously and consistently follow up with relevant stakeholders as needed• Provide scheduling and coordination support for seamless execution of BPC eventsEmployee Life Cycle Support• Continually remain abreast of employee life cycle events to ensure no key processes are missed• Support the Head of P&C in the administration of employee life cycle processes as needed• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the PCXCoordinate and Provide RSC and Field Capability Development Support• Provide cross-charge administration for RSC and Field• Help coordinate the execution of RSC and Field development programmes Qualifications:EDUCATION:• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Preferred: Honor’s DegreeEXPERIENCE:• Minimum 2 years Generalist HR experience• Exposure to Employee Relations mattersCOMPETENCIES:• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task• Agile and comfortable with navigating through change• Customer centric• Agile with a strong ability to learn• Proven experience of business partnering
