We are building the YUM! SuperApp, powering operations across 29,500+ restaurants worldwide (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, The Habit Burger). This high-scale, mission-critical platform supports restaurant teams globally and continues to grow rapidly. We’re looking for a Technical Leader (ReactJS & React Native) who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor others, drive quality, and ensure our apps remain performant and reliable post-release. You’ll play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, guiding developers, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Lead the development of scalable mobile apps with React Native, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.Contribute to and oversee ReactJS web app development, ensuring consistent architecture and design patterns across platforms.Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions.Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, guiding code reviews, architecture discussions, and growth plans.Own post-release monitoring and maintenance — proactively detect and resolve production issues using Sentry, Crashlytics, or similar tools. Drive performance optimization and best practices across iOS and Android.Contribute to technical planning, sprint reviews, and architecture design decisions. 4+ years combined frontend experience (React Native + ReactJS), with React Native as the core skill.Proven track record of delivering and maintaining large-scale production apps.Deep understanding of React Native architecture, performance tuning, and debugging.Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, Crashlytics, etc.).Familiarity with native code (Java/Kotlin/Swift/Obj-C) and mobile build pipelines.Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and raising team technical standards.Leadership mindset:Proactive and accountable; drives technical decisions with clarity and data.Balances hands-on delivery with team enablement.Champions clean architecture, testing, and maintainability.Encourages learning, experimentation, and shared ownership.
