They will serve both as a coach and as a delivery assurance partner to improve project maturity and reduce risks. The role focuses on assessing project controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities. It enables Project Leaders through targeted coaching, tools, and standardized practices.This position plays a key role in building a best-in-class project management function.Conduct project control assessments to identify risks, provide insights, and drive delivery improvements.Provide targeted coaching and guidance to project leaders while building delivery capability and confidence.Develop and maintain practical tools and standards while supporting their consistent adoption across projects.Deliver training, promote knowledge sharing, and support a collaborative project delivery community.Identify delivery challenges, provide feedback, benchmark best practices, and drive continuous improvement.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field, along with a minimum 8+ years of experience in Project ManagementMinimum 7+ of experience in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing or logistics, including 3+ years in a leadership roleAdvanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are required.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Exposure to AI in project management, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and experience in a consulting environmentProven experience in coaching project managers, building capabilities, and scaling project management functionsStrong skills in conducting project health checks and identifying root causes of delivery challengesDeep delivery experience across methodologies, with strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional management abilities.Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid ModeSupporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
