This role involves managing the opportunity pipeline of the Inside Sales Team and ensuring that the team meets its sales targets. The manager will work closely with marketing, category manager & field sales teams to optimize lead conversion and drive revenue growth. You will report into a Global Inside Sales team managed from our corporate headquarters in St. PaulAs the Inside Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead generation and conversion of opportunities coming from demand generation activities such as trade shows, digital campaigns, distributor events, etc.Analytics & Insights-driven opportunities to augment coverage gaps and expand businessChannel Influenced opportunities: Accelerate the conversion of opportunities coming from DistributorsChurn protection and penetration: Maintain sales and prevent sales erosion in customers.
