Here, you will make an impact by:Delivering campaign performance analytics, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness across assigned teamsProviding performance input for monthly business reviews, scorecards, KPI tracking, and other reporting needs to improve visibility and decision-makingWork through complex datasets, business rules, and system structures, partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders.Partnering with Global Integrated Marketing, and cross-functional analytics teams to define KPIs, assess performance, and surface insights, challenges, and opportunitiesTranslating business questions and complex marketing data into clear, concise insights and deliverables that support timely, data-informed decisionsSupporting reporting consistency, process efficiency, and adoption of automated reporting and insight tools while aligning with global performance standards and frameworksUnderstanding of digital marketing data flows across platforms and channelsFamiliarity with modeling techniques, including attribution, marketing mix modeling, and segmentationYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Five (5) years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, data analysis or performance reporting in a private, public, government or military environment ​Five (5) years of experience working with data to generate insights, recommendations, dashboards and business performance reportingFive (5) years of experience with Power BIAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, analytics, data science, or a related disciplineExperience in performance measurement or insight generation in a private, public, government, or military environmentExperience with DAX and SQLExposure to Adobe Analytics, CDP, and broader enterprise data environmentsUnderstanding of digital marketing data flows across platforms and channelsFamiliarity with modeling techniques, including attribution, marketing mix modeling, segmentation.Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutionsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendationsStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in data management, including validation, cleansing, and governanceExperience working with large, complex datasets across multiple business functionsExposure to AI-enabled analytics and insight generation approachesKnowledge of analytics platforms and environments such as Python, Snowflake, Azure, and AWSAdvanced EnglishWork location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in MaplewoodTravel: Not ApplicableRelocation: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
