Job DescriptionDrive E2E planning process for Demand – Supply alignment with all stakeholders of assigned divisionsContinuous engagement with the business teams to pick up possible demand fluctuations early and ensure seamless information flows into the supply planning and fulfillment teams to help bridge demand-supply gapsDetermine the replenishment needs based on demand forecasts and execute timely purchases to the planContinuous engagement with vendor / intercompany teams for order status, shipments, etc., to ensure product availability on time.Define planning parameters, maintain master data in system and manage supply variabilitiesIdentify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory and establishing safety stock parameters.Work closely with imports, warehouse and customer service to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer ordersWork closely with Demand Planners and Manufacturing team to resolve demand & supply related constraintsMonitor receipts and transfers ensuring timely delivery and availability of product as well as in accordance with inventory planEnsure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated supply plansProactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuityConduct root cause analysis of KPI and identify/drive improvement plansDrive OTIF, Back Order reduction, Finished Goods Inventory management and Obsolescence metricsDrive and active participation in S&OP and New product launch.Key QualificationsStrong analytical skills, meticulous with strong eye for business and customer focusStrong sense of urgency to resolve issuesAble to work efficiently under pressure and multi-tasksDemonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and dynamic environmentTeam player with excellent communication skillsEducation and Experience MBA or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations and/or Business.
